TXTPIN provides a real-time messaging platform for metro station commuters in New York City and London. The Service allows users to share messages, alerts, and information with other users at the same metro station.
Account Creation: You must create a username to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

User Content: You retain ownership of any content you post. By posting content, you grant TXTPIN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.
Service Content: All intellectual property rights in the Service, including design, code, and trademarks, belong to TXTPIN.
Messages posted to the Service are automatically deleted after 12 hours. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms at any time without notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TXTPIN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TXTPIN IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH, ENDORSED BY, OR SPONSORED BY THE MTA, LONDON UNDERGROUND, OR ANY TRANSIT AUTHORITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TXTPIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TXTPIN from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may delete your account at any time through the Service settings.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
